AKLIDES® CytoBead®
De eerste combinatie analyse voor screening en differentiatie op het gebied van cel-based en bead-based immunofluorescentie, voor de diagnose van systemische of orgaanspecifieke auto-immuunziekte.
De AKLIDES® CytoBead® ANCA, ANA, ANA 2, CeliAK en RPGN testkits worden gebruikt voor de diagnose van systemische en orgaanspecifieke auto-immuunziekte via indirecte immunofluorescentie. Deze testkits bestaan uit reagentia om IgG-autoantistoffen tegen cytoplasmatische antigenen van neutrofiele cellen (CytoBead ANCA en CytoBead RPGN), nucleaire en cytoplasmatische antigenen (CytoBead ANA en CytoBead ANA 2) en IgA of IgG antilichamen tegen endomysium, transglutaminase 2 en gedemamideerde gliadine (CytoBead CeliAK) te bepalen.

AKLIDES® Tests - Cell Damage
Indirecte immunofluorescentie-analyse voor de kwantitatieve bepaling en analyse van DNA-dubbelstrengs breuken in humane lymfocyten (lymfocytisolatie uit volbloed).
De AKLIDES® Nuk Human Lymfocyte Isolatie (4278) kit wordt gebruikt voor het isoleren van menselijke lymfocyten uit volbloed. De AKLIDES® Nuk Human Lymphocyte Complete (4162) kit en de AKLIDES® Nuk Human Lymfocyte Complete Combi (4268) kit worden gebruikt voor het isoleren van humane lymfocyten uit volbloed, inclusief de daaropvolgende immunofluorescentie-kleuring van DNA-reparatiefoci. Een gevestigde marker voor de bepaling van DNA dubbelstreng breuken is γH2AX (4162), bovendien kan het p53 bindende eiwit 53BP1 worden gebruikt in combinatie met γH2AX (4268).
